Rise N Shine employs a tailored curriculum, customized to each child’s developmental stage. Our classrooms foster holistic development through engaging and stimulating activities, while also equipping children with the essential educational foundations necessary for Kindergarten preparedness.
Our teaching staff at Rise N Shine fulfill or surpass the state of Arizona’s standards for preschool personnel. All educators are registered with Arizona’s Child Care Education and Early Education Training Registry. A significant number of Rise N Shine teachers hold Early Childhood Education certifications or degrees, or are actively working towards college degrees through the Arizona TEACH program for early childhood professionals. We also offer ongoing professional development through Rise N Shine University, our internal training program designed specifically for our teachers.
Rise N Shine prioritizes parent partnerships, ensuring clear communication. Staff provide daily updates, newsletters, and lesson plans. Formal reports and conferences occur twice yearly, detailing each child’s developmental progress. This fosters a strong connection between families and the school.

Our transportation procedures include trained drivers, established loading and unloading procedures, attendance verification, and ongoing supervision to help ensure children travel safely to and from school.
